The USNS EARL WARREN (T-AO 207) Mid-Term Availability (MTA) is a competitive solicitation for ship repair services. The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka Site Singapore is seeking a contractor to perform a major ship repair overhaul at a contractor shipyard in the Seventh Fleet Area of Responsibility (AOR). The scope of work includes various tasks such as hull and structural repairs, propulsion machinery overhauls, electrical system upgrades, and habitability outfitting and furnishings. • The contractor must have an active registration in the System for Awards Management (SAM.gov) to be eligible for award. • The contractor must be authorized to do business in the country of performance. • The capability statement should include a brief description of the firm and its capabilities to perform a major ship repair overhaul. • The capability statement should highlight relevant work performed that corresponds with the requirements listed in the attached Work Item Index. • The contractor must submit a notice of interest, including the name, telephone number, mailing address, and e-mail address of one point of contact.
