Cobblestone Farm Barn

The City of Ann Arbor is seeking a qualified contractor to perform structural upgrades and interior renovations at the historic Cobblestone Farm Barn. The work includes installing new steel and glulam beams, selective demolition of interior finishes, ADA‑compliant restroom upgrades, new millwork and built‑in counters, architectural finish restoration, and minor electrical modifications limited to relocating existing fixtures and installing two CAT‑6 cable runs. Bids must include a 5 % bid security, and the contract is a 60‑day fixed‑price agreement with liquidated damages of $1,000 per day for delays.
