Description
The Bureau of Land Management is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price contractor to perform exterior cleaning of the Ridgecrest Wild Horse and Burro Corrals. The contractor must provide equipment, operators, and a laborer to remove accumulated manure and wind‑blown debris, haul it to an on‑site disposal area, and ensure all work is completed by the contract end date. The scope includes coordination with facility staff, adherence to safety and environmental standards, and liability for any damage or spills.
• Provide skid‑steer/compact track loader, front‑end loader (or skip loader), scraper or motor grader, and a 20‑cubic‑yard dump truck.
• Perform cleaning of pens, alleyways, fence lines, and perimeter roads, scraping to mineral soil and hauling material ≤ ½ mile to a designated disposal site.
• All work must be finished by 16 Jan 2027; unsatisfactory inspections may trigger 5‑10 % invoice deductions.
