The City of Everett is seeking a qualified designer to provide professional design and construction administration services for the Everett High School Feasibility Study project. The project includes a feasibility study, schematic design phase, and potentially continued designer services through design development, construction contract documents, bidding, award of construction contract(s), construction administration, final closeout, and warranty period. The estimated construction budget for the project ranges from $400,000,000 to $550,000,000. The selected designer will be required to execute the standard MSBA Designer contract. • The designer will be responsible for conducting a feasibility study and developing potential alternative solutions. • The designer will be required to provide services through the schematic design phase and potentially beyond. • The project may include a renovation of the existing school, a renovation and addition to the existing school, and/or new construction. • The designer will be required to work with various consultants, including architects, engineers, and other specialists. • The project is estimated to last approximately 24 months.
