2 EA Used Single Axle Box Trucks - 286" Wheelbase

Iowa Prison Industries is seeking bids from dealerships for 2 used single axle box trucks with 286" wheelbase and lifts. The trucks should have a minimum GVWR of 30,000 lbs, a wheelbase of at least 280", and a payload capacity of at least 20,000 lbs. The engine should be a Cummins 6.7 Liter Inline 6 with a minimum of 250 HP. The transmission should be an Allison 6 speed or equivalent. The trucks should have air brakes, power windows, and power doors. The box should be at least 100" wide, 25' long, and 100" high, with a wood floor and a roll-up rear door. • The trucks should have a lift gate with a capacity of at least 3000 lbs. • The trucks should have a rear step bumper and power mirrors. • The trucks should have intermittent wipers and a rubber or vinyl front floor covering. • The trucks should have AC with all required options and a bucket seat with a two-seat bench.
