The U.S. Government Publishing Office (GPO) is soliciting price quotations for 4,500 gold‑kraft booklet envelopes (6 × 9½ in.) for the Omaha VA Medical Center. The envelopes must be constructed with open side, side seams, fully gummed flap, printed on one side with black ink, meeting Quality Level III specifications.
