Description
The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), is seeking information on technically capable and responsible general contractors for the anticipated solicitation for a Multiple Award General Construction Services Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract. The contract will be for a base period of one year and will include four, one-year option periods for a maximum contract length of five years. The anticipated Maximum Ordering Limit (MOL) for this contract vehicle is $500,000,000.00. The services to be provided include general construction activities such as office construction and renovations, MEP repairs, fire sprinkler systems repairs, sitework, and demolition.
• The contract will cover the Washington D.C. Metro area, including all of Washington, D.C., Virginia (Arlington County, Fairfax County, Independent City of Alexandria), and Maryland (Montgomery County, Prince George's County).
• The applicable NAICS code is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, and the small business size standard is $39.5 million.
• The selection procedure will be in accordance with FAR PART 15.103 to select the firms offering the best value to the Government.
• Interested contractors shall complete the form via google form no later than 5:00 PM EST on April 24, 2026.
