DEMOLITION & ASBESTOS/LEAD BASED PAINT ABATEMENT

The City of Fort Pierce is seeking a contractor to provide comprehensive demolition services for public buildings and condemned private structures. The contractor will be expected to perform a full range of demolition-related services, including asbestos and lead-based paint abatement, structure demolition, debris removal, utility abandonment, site grading, and sod installation. The contract will be awarded to the best responsive and responsible bidder. • The City is seeking a contractor with experience in demolition services and asbestos/lead-based paint abatement. • The contractor will be required to obtain all necessary permits, licenses, and approvals prior to commencing work. • The contract will be for a term of one year, with the option to renew for an additional year. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any minor irregularities or technicalities in bids received.
