HANCOCK COUNTY LANDFILL UNIT 2/PHASE 3 GCCS CONSTRUCTION

The Hancock County Board of Commissioners is soliciting bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Gas Collection and Control System (GCCS) at Unit 2 Phase 3 of the county’s sanitary landfill. The work includes installing perimeter headers, horizontal collectors, lateral/header piping, valves, blind flanges, drip legs, collection manifolds, and wellheads, together with associated trenching, backfill, erosion‑control, and health‑and‑safety planning. The contractor will provide labor, equipment, and any additional fittings; all pipe material is supplied by the owner. The project must be completed within 90 days of commencement, and a mandatory online pre‑bid conference will be held on May 28, 2026.
