Purchase, Repair, Service, Inspect, Parts for Maintenance of LIFTS of All Kinds

The Massachusetts Department of Correction is seeking responses from qualified vendors to purchase, repair, service, inspect, and/or provide related parts required for the maintenance of lifts of all kinds, as needed. The contract will cover all departments and facilities within the Massachusetts Department of Correction. The intent of this RFR is to award this to multiple contractors, and contracts resulting from this RFR are limited to those commodities and services not available on OSD Statewide Contract. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing maintenance services for various types of lifts, including bucket lifts, forklifts, automotive lifts, and pallet jacks • Offering repair, inspection, and parts replacement services • Ensuring compliance with the Commonwealth's environmental purchasing policy and other applicable laws and regulations • Participating in the Commonwealth's Prompt Payment Discount initiative • Completing and returning required forms, including the Commonwealth Terms and Conditions, Standard Contract Form, and Supplier Diversity Forms • Providing a loaner at no cost for Department of Correction use during repair, if applicable • Offering a 24/7 emergency contact number, if available
