Purchase of Garbage Cans 2026

The City of Kingsland is seeking proposals for the purchase of garbage cans within the City of Kingsland. The proposal should include the cost of ½ load and full load of cans, cost of delivery, and the number of days for delivery from the issue date of the purchase order. The city reserves the right to clarify any terms with the concurrence of the vendor. • The proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope with the RFP number, title, opening date, and name of the bidder clearly displayed on the outside. • The proposal must contain a manual signature of an authorized representative and must be typed or printed in ink. • The city will award the contract to the most responsible, responsive bidder whose submission conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the City of Kingsland, considering price and other factors such as quality of equipment and warranty.
