Request for Information - Prometheus Flame (v.2)

The Department of the Air Force is seeking feedback on a draft Request for Solutions for the Prometheus Flame Challenge, a flexible, multi-phase competition to identify and fund partners to build the foundation of a vibrant new dual-use technology ecosystem. The challenge focuses on open-source software development for Autonomy and Mission Systems applications, with the goal of creating a self-sustaining community around standards-compliant product lines. The challenge will consist of 3-6 month phases, with each phase culminating in a "fly-off" demonstration, and will offer prizes and potential follow-on Other Transaction Agreements.
