The City of Jefferson is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a full‑turnkey 10‑foot‑wide concrete sidepath on Bolivar Street, including all associated civil works such as curb & gutter, modular retaining wall, driveway approaches, grading, and pedestrian safety features. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with a 5 % bid bond required and no second‑tier subcontractors permitted. Prevailing‑wage rules apply, and the contractor must implement a 10‑hour OSHA construction safety program within 60 days of commencing work. All plans and specifications are available electronically, and bids must be submitted online by the deadline.
