Description
The Dickinson-Iron Intermediate School District (DIISD) is seeking bids for construction services for the Technical Education Center renovations. The project includes partial modifications to the layout of the building, classroom upgrades, plumbing alterations, new flooring, lighting, and ceilings, a full HVAC upgrade, and installation of a building-wide fire suppression system. The general contractor will be responsible for scheduling work and ensuring that the school can maintain its usual operations from September to June. The project is expected to require two summers to complete.
