Description
The Department of Transportation is seeking a contractor to perform pressure grouting to seal designated cracks in the Eisenhower Lock Tunnel. The contractor will be required to begin performance within 10 calendar days and complete the work within 90 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price quote and meet all requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
• The contract will be a firm fixed price contract under FAR Part 12, subject to the availability of funds.
• The contractor must be registered in SAM.gov and have an active registration at the time of this solicitation closing.
• The contractor must provide a technical response that demonstrates its ability to meet the requirements identified in the Statement of Work.
• The contractor must provide a preliminary project schedule, a narrative detailing the offeror's approach to site-specific safety plan, and proposed materials.
• The contractor must submit at least two but no more than three past performance references of contracts accomplished within the last five years that are of a similar size and complexity.
