Description
The State of Minnesota is seeking bids for two Sea Gear Sidescan Winch Systems or DNR-approved comparable systems to be used with existing equipment that patrols Minnesota waters. The systems must meet the specifications detailed in Exhibit C of the sample contract. Responders must provide equipment sales literature, technical data, and other documentation upon request. The contract term is anticipated to be from March 2026 to June 2027.
• The State desires open and fair competition.
• Responders must submit their bids through the SWIFT Supplier Portal.
• Late responses will not be considered.
• The State reserves the right to reject any and all responses.
• The State allows joint ventures among groups of responders.
