The University of Houston is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of new office spaces for the Environmental and Health Service (EHS) in the Melcher Building. The project requires all labor, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary to build the office spaces in accordance with the drawings and specifications prepared by THIEL DESIGN GROUP LLC. A non-mandatory site visit and pre-proposal conference are scheduled.
