Notice of Intent for Law Enforcement Services

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Baltimore District (NAB), intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed-price sole source contract to the Tioga County Sheriff's Department for Law Enforcement Services, including patrols and enforcement of the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania at the THC Lakes Project. The Tioga County Sheriff's Department maintains the unique jurisdiction, authority, and training required to enforce state and local criminal and civil laws within the project area. • The contract is for Law Enforcement Services, including patrols and enforcement of laws. • The contract will be awarded to the Tioga County Sheriff's Department. • The contract is a firm-fixed-price sole source contract. • The Government will consider capability statements, proposals, or quotations received within 10 days after publication of the notice.
