626-005 exam chair with installed weight scales

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to deliver and install three new 626-005 exam chairs with scales and corresponding exam lights at the Birmingham VA Medical Center. The contractor shall coordinate with VA stakeholders, install the exam chairs and lights according to manufacturer specifications and VA requirements, and remove all shipping debris and old exam chairs. The project will be considered complete upon confirmation by VA stakeholders that all 3 new exam chairs and exam lights are installed and fully operational.
