Description
The U.S. Naval Air Station (NAS) Sigonella is seeking a contractor to provide Base Operations Support (BOS) services, including pest control services, at NAS Sigonella and its outlying support activities in Sicily, Italy. The contractor will be responsible for providing pest control services, including pest management, pest control, and termite control, in accordance with the contract specifications and applicable laws and regulations. The contractor will also be required to provide a written certificate stating that the insecticide used had the required concentration, brand name, and manufacturer, and that the rate and method of application complied with the standards contained in the contract.
• The contractor will be responsible for providing pest control services, including pest management, pest control, and termite control.
• The contractor will be required to provide a written certificate stating that the insecticide used had the required concentration, brand name, and manufacturer, and that the rate and method of application complied with the standards contained in the contract.
• The contractor will be required to provide a 5-year warranty for termite control services.
• The contractor will be required to provide a detailed written structural assessment prior to initial treatment for reference at a later date, should there be any questions of subsequent damage.
• The contractor will be responsible for determining the locations of water lines, drain lines, fuel oil lines, and heating ducts, and avoiding damage to these lines and ducts during drilling and rodding operations.
