Description
The West Virginia School for the Deaf and Blind (WVSDB) is soliciting bids for the one-time purchase of various light fixtures and supplies. The contract items include Cooper light fixtures with specific requirements, such as recessed mounting, grid type, dimmable to 10%, and field-selectable lumen outputs and color temperatures. The vendor must provide new, unused commodities, and no used or refurbished equipment will be considered. The contract will be awarded to the vendor that provides the contract items meeting the required specifications for the lowest overall total cost.
• The contract items must meet or exceed the mandatory requirements.
• The vendor must provide data sheets/documentation confirming product identification numbers with their bid if an alternative solution is submitted.
• The vendor must ship the contract items immediately after being awarded the contract and receiving a purchase order, with delivery within 15 calendar days.
• The vendor must designate and maintain a primary contract manager responsible for overseeing vendor’s responsibilities under this contract.
