Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking qualified contractors to replace the existing lighting system on the first‑level parking garage and associated exterior parking‑pole lights at the Town Center Garage. The retrofit requires installing new LED fixtures (flood lights, wall packs, strip lights, sconces) and associated wiring, using the same mounting locations and existing circuits. Approximately 322 fixtures will be removed and replaced, and any deficient wiring or controls must be upgraded. The project follows Division 26 electrical standards and must be coordinated with existing building systems.
• Replace all first‑level garage lighting with LED fixtures (flood, wall pack, strip, sconce).
• Install new pole‑mounted fixtures where indicated (PL1B, PL2) and replace defective wiring/control components.
• Follow City‑specified electrical conduit, box, and wiring standards; submit required submittals and affidavits per City General Conditions.
