Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking qualified contractors to furnish all materials, labor, equipment, and services required to install exterior lighting at the L&N Loop Parking Lot on a rebid basis. The work includes complete electrical distribution, conduit, lighting fixtures, controls, and associated civil work, following the detailed specifications in Volume 5. Bidders must submit an electronic bid through the City Vendor Self‑Service portal, include required forms (Volumes 2 & 3), provide a bid bond of at least 10 % of the total bid amount, and meet performance bond requirements (100 % of contract value). Mandatory subcontracting goals require a minimum of 5 % MBE and 6 % WBE participation, with certification and reporting requirements.
