Description
The City of Cincinnati is soliciting an electronic bid for a non‑mandatory electric services contract to support City Facility Management. The work covers routine electrical repair, replacement, fire‑alarm system installation, generator support, PV maintenance, and related services, with a 24‑hour emergency response requirement. Contractors must have at least five journeyman electricians, own specialty trucks and a 100 kW generator, and meet M/WBE participation goals (5 % MBE, 6 % WBE). The contract is initially for 12 months with two optional 12‑month renewals, and the City will pay on a prompt‑payment basis with a 1 % administrative fee on total sales.
