Description
The City of Cincinnati is rebidding the exterior lighting addition for the Town Center Garage. This Invitation to Bid (ITB) requires contractors to submit a complete bid package, including the Excel pricing sheet, bid forms, and bid surety, in accordance with the City’s standard specifications (Spec No. 4-1-25) and applicable AIA and UL requirements. The work involves design‑build installation of new exterior lighting fixtures, associated wiring, conduit, and control systems, complying with OSHA, local safety plans, and all relevant building codes. Contractors must provide proof of insurance, performance bonds, and guarantee the work for one year after final completion. The project will be overseen by the City’s purchasing division and the architect/engineer assigned to the garage.
