DIU NATIONAL ONRAMP REQUEST FOR INFORMATION

The Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) is seeking information from qualified parties to support its National OnRamp strategy, which aims to enable non-traditional, dual-use, and/or commercial technology companies to rapidly support warfighter needs. The cooperative agreement would manage the hubs, DIU presence, and digital efforts for the National OnRamp. The recipient would provide requirements analysis for government needs, plan and award sub-award opportunities, and review unsolicited applications from industry and academia. Key aspects of the opportunity include: • Managing regional hubs and DIU presence • Providing requirements analysis for government needs • Planning and awarding sub-award opportunities • Reviewing unsolicited applications from industry and academia • Coordinating with stakeholders and overseeing public-private partnerships • Managing collaborative space requirements, both physical and digital The DIU is seeking input on the characteristics of a cooperative agreement, including the management of hubs, regional growth, and public-private partnerships.
