Description
The United States Space Force (USSF) is seeking information from vendors to support the development of the Civilian Guardian Course (CGC), a foundational developmental experience for new Civilian Guardians. The course aims to accelerate their transformation into mission-focused professionals, providing operational stability, unit continuity, and depth of expertise necessary to support Joint Warfighting functions and U.S. National Security. The course will consist of a 40-hour online curriculum and a one-week residential capstone, focusing on high-fidelity, performance-based activities, and instructor-led simulations. The vendor will be required to participate in all curriculum development and iteration efforts, provide multimedia support, and ensure the complete build-out and technical configuration of all assigned course content within the Government-provided Learning Management System (LMS).
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Developing classes, lessons, instructor guides, and student-facing training materials
• Collaborating closely with the government to ensure continuity and cohesive branding
• Providing multimedia support and Instructional Systems Design (ISD) support
• Ensuring the security and safety of all contractor personnel and complying with relevant regulations
• Participating in the technical evaluation of other contractors' proposals or products
