The Veterans Health Administration at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma is seeking a domestic‑end‑product surgical lumbar retractor system to support increased vascular and general surgery volume. The solicitation is a total small‑business set‑aside RFQ for a fixed‑price purchase of a complete retractor kit (multiple arms, clamps, and Nathanson retractors) that must be OEM‑authorized, U.S.‑made, and meet detailed technical specifications.
