The North Carolina Community College System (NCCCS) is seeking qualified vendors to supply and deliver new, unused, commercial‑grade musical instruments and accessories to its 58 community colleges on an “as‑needed” basis. The scope covers four product categories: Steinway & Sons pianos, Yamaha musical instruments, Jansen piano accessories, and Dampp Chaser (Piano Life Saver) humidity control systems. The contract will be a three‑year initial term with two optional one‑year extensions, and vendors must be NC‑registered and able to meet sustainability requirements. Bids are submitted electronically; the award will be based on price discount off MSRP, product completeness, and delivery capabilities.
