The scope includes detailed civil‑engineering design, preparation of construction documents, utility coordination, permitting, and on‑site construction‑phase support. The contract is a three‑year professional‑services agreement with a net‑30‑day payment schedule.
• Design of storm‑drain upgrades, manhole and catch‑basin modifications, and related hydraulic analysis.
• Preparation of complete construction‑document sets (plans, specifications, cost estimates) and assistance with bid solicitation.
