Gardening and General Service for Leased CMR

The United States Embassy in Asuncion, Paraguay is seeking a contractor to provide gardening and general services for the Chief of Mission Residence. The services include gardening, landscaping, pool cleaning, and general maintenance. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the garden and landscaping, cleaning the pool, and performing general upkeep of the property. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option for up to four additional one-year renewals. The contractor must comply with all relevant Department of State guidelines and safety standards. • The contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials to perform the services. • The contractor will maintain a well-kept and aesthetically pleasing garden and landscape. • The contractor will ensure the pool area is cleaned and maintained regularly. • The contractor will perform general maintenance services, including cleaning of gutters and exterior areas. • The contractor will adhere to all safety and environmental standards.
