Description
The Palm Beach County Purchasing Department is seeking a quoter to provide a one-time service to pump out a liquid anhydrous ammonia tank with OEM valves at the Water Treatment Plant #9. The quoter must ensure that all products meet ANSI, NFPA, and other federal and state requirements. The quoter is also required to comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy and provide a Drug-Free Workplace Certification.
• The service must be performed on-site at WTP #9.
• The quoter must provide all necessary equipment, materials, and personnel to complete the service.
• The quoter must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The quoter must provide a certification of business location and a Business Tax Receipt.
• The quoter must comply with the County's conflict of interest policy and disclose any potential conflicts of interest.
