Amendment 2 to Solicitation for Ultra-High Vacuum Sample Backout Chamber Extension of Time

The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a firm-fixed-price quotation for an Ultra-High Vacuum Sample Backout Chamber. The solicitation includes four contract line items: a draft plan of the system, a UHV bakeout system, shipping, and other related transportation expenses. The quotation must include a technical approach and capability documentation, a price quotation, and terms and conditions. The award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. • The Ultra-High Vacuum Sample Backout Chamber must meet or exceed all minimum requirements described in the attached statement of work document. • The quotation must include a firm-fixed-price for each contract line item. • The offeror must possess an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of submission and throughout the performance of the contract. • The quotation must be submitted electronically via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.
