Utica Community Schools is seeking proposals for the provision of Stage Curtains (B-2444-26). The school district is looking for contractors to provide stage curtains, and all bids must be submitted online through the district's purchasing portal. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, and to waive any irregularity or informality in the RFP process.
• The bid documents can be obtained on or after June 24, 2026, from the district's online purchasing portal.
• Bids must be submitted online to the portal no later than 9:30 a.m., July 8, 2026.
• All contractors submitting proposals must provide a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship with the school district's board of education or superintendent.
• All contractors submitting proposals must provide a sworn and notarized affidavit of compliance pursuant to the Iran Economic Sanctions Act, Michigan Public Act No.517 of 2012.
