Annual Contract for Ammunition

The Tarrant County Purchasing Department is seeking bids for an annual contract to supply duty and training ammunition on an as-needed basis. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with the option to renew for two additional 12-month periods. Bidders must provide a price list page for all items offered, and prices must remain firm for the entire contract. The estimated yearly value of the contract is $260,000.00. • The contract will be used by the Sheriff's Office, Constable Precincts, and the District Attorney's Office. • Bidders must attend a pre-bid conference to be held on February 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. • The award will be made by sections, and Tarrant County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids received. • The award of this bid will be made to the bidder(s) offering the best value to Tarrant County.
