Budget estimate

$500,000 – $3,000,000

The contract covers a full hurricane season of emergency response, including labor‑intensive levee repairs, large‑scale debris removal, and installation of flood protection measures across multiple sites. Based on typical rates for heavy civil‑engineering emergency contracts in Louisiana, a mid‑size contractor could expect total billing in the low‑to‑mid‑millions range, roughly $0.5 M to $3 M depending on storm severity and scope of work performed.
