The Johnston Community College is seeking bids for the construction of Pickleball Courts. The project includes site demolition, erosion control, new parking lot, asphalt paving, curb and gutter, sidewalks, athletic court surfacing, fencing, windscreen, nets, grading and drainage, and site lighting. A pre-bid conference is scheduled for May 7th, 2026, at 2:30 PM. The project designer or representative will be available to answer questions. • The project requires compliance with County of Johnston MBE policies and the North Carolina Statute 143-128.2 (c). • The project requires certification to the State Treasurer that the bidder is not listed on the Final Divestment List created and maintained by the North Carolina Department of State Treasurer. • The project requires a bid security of 5% of the bid in cash, certified check, or Bid Bond. • The project requires Performance and Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract amount.
