Description
• Supply water meters ranging from 5/8″ to 12″; 5/8″ and 1‑1/2″ units must include radio communication and remote shut‑off.
• Provide a complete AMI system: radio towers, communication software, data storage, and training for City staff.
• Install meters and AMI components, including any required civil or utility work.
• Deliver operation manuals, software licenses, and on‑site training.
• Meet NJ bonding (10 % bid security up to $20,000, performance/payment bonds), prevailing‑wage, and MWBE/SED utilization goals (25 % MBE, 7 % WBE, 10 % SED on construction portion).
