Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source to Action Target Inc.

The Department of the Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Action Target Inc. for the replacement of the 17 SFS CATM target retrieval system. The system was originally implemented in 2009, and Action Target is the singular source GSA contract to fulfill the requirements. The contract will be a firm fixed-price contract, and all services will be provided by Action Target Inc. • The replacement of the target retrieval system is required to meet the specific needs of the 17th SFS. • Action Target Inc. is uniquely qualified for this contract due to their exclusive proprietary knowledge and experience with the system. • The contract will be awarded under the guidelines of RFO Parts 6 and 12. • Interested parties may submit a statement of capabilities, which must include details of the parts listed and a price list, by 1300 (CDT) on 03 July 2026.
