Description
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for asphalt crack repair and sealing at Malabar Farm State Park. The project involves two quotes: one for the lane to the Big House and parking areas, and another for the lane to the Visitor Center. The work includes cleaning the surface area, filling cracks with hot rubber crack fill, applying two coats of sealer, and restriping. The project must be completed by June 15, 2026.
• The surface area to be sealed is approximately 49,000sqft for Quote #1 and 29,000sqft for Quote #2.
• The contractor must provide deliverables under this contract F.O.B. Destination/Pre-Paid/Allowed.
• The state will determine whether the contractor has fully met all work requirements of this contract.
• The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the state.
