Description
The Lansing School District is seeking bids for the Averill Elementary Classroom Renovation project. The project includes various bid divisions such as sitework, concrete, general trades, aluminum/glass, drywall/acoustical, painting, flooring, and electrical. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work according to the specifications and plans provided. The project is expected to start in April 2026 and be substantially completed by August 2026.
• The project includes renovation of classrooms, corridors, and other areas of the school.
• The contractor will be required to provide a 5% bid bond and a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationship with the Board of Education and selected staff.
• The contractor will be responsible for coordinating with other contractors and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of the project.
• The project will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder who meets the requirements and specifications of the bid documents.
• The contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, including but not limited to, prevailing wage rates, labor laws, and safety regulations.
