Description
The City of Philadelphia is seeking bids for the Terminal D/E Baggage Make-Up Expansion project, specifically for the mechanical work. The project involves the retrofit and expansion of the existing maintenance space adjacent to Jetbridge Gate E2, as well as the construction of a new baggage conveyor bridge connecting the existing D/E baggage make-up building to the new baggage make-up facility in Terminal E. The project also includes the construction of a new baggage make-up building adjacent to Jetbridge Gate D1. The bid includes a base bid price for the completion of the General Prime Contract, as well as an allowance for additional corrective work and a building permit allowance.
