Horseshoe Meadows Slide Repair Project RFP

The County of Inyo is seeking a qualified firm to provide design, engineering, and environmental services for the Horseshoe Meadows Slide Repair Project. The project involves designing approximately 436 feet of damaged road above the lower gate, caused by a landslide, along with slope protection on the lower slope of the slide area. The selected firm will be required to enter into the County's Standard Master Personal Service Agreement and provide insurance coverage as specified in the RFP. • The project requires a design concept that is sufficiently developed prior to environmental document finalization. • The consultant should be able to anticipate the level of effort needed for CEQA and highlight any expected permits or studies required for environmental compliance. • The consultant will be responsible for project management activities throughout the life of the contract. • The consultant will be required to provide a cost proposal for each service included in the proposal. • The consultant will be evaluated based on their experience with similar projects, qualifications, and technical expertise.
