The Waterworks District No. Twelve of Ward Three is seeking bids for the design‑build construction of a new potable‑water distribution system along Nelson Road. The scope includes extensive earthwork, horizontal directional drilling, installation of 8‑inch HDPE main, assorted valves, hydrants, fire‑hydrant assemblies, concrete and asphalt pavement work, erosion control, and site restoration, all documented in a detailed bid set.
• Install 8‑inch HDPE water main (≈ 3,840 LF) using HDD, plus associated valve and hydrant appurtenances.
• Provide full traffic‑control, erosion‑control, and pavement‑repair packages as shown on standard detail sheets (CZ‑01 – CZ‑12).
• Submit a 5 % bid bond; performance and payment bonds of 100 % of contract price required; compliance with Louisiana minority‑business and residency requirements.
