Description
The Waverly Community Schools are seeking bids for the renovation of their administration building. The project includes various bid categories such as demolition, general trades, metal panels, roofing, aluminum storefronts and glazing, painting, ceilings and drywall, flooring, mechanical, electrical, and sitework. The bid proposals will be received online through Building Connected, and the successful bidder will be required to enter into an agreement with Waverly Community Schools. The project is subject to state sales and/or use taxes, and the bidder is required to include such taxes in its bid proposal.
• The bid proposal must include a bid security, an OSHA Form 300, worker's compensation Experience Modification Rate (EMR) factor, and any other information required in the Instructions To Bidders.
• The bidder must also submit a sworn statement disclosing any familial relationship between the owner(s) or any employee of the bidder and any member of the School Board or the Superintendent of the School District.
• The bidder must also submit an Affidavit of Compliance – Iran Economic Sanctions Act and a Criminal Background and Sex Offender Affidavit.
• The project is located at 515 Snow Rd, Lansing, MI 48917.
• A pre-bid site visit and walkthrough is scheduled for April 22nd, 2026, at 1:00 PM.
