The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center is conducting market research to determine whether to set aside an acquisition for Vela Tango Move Ophthalmology Chair for the Ophthalmology surgical department. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to find qualified vendors and assist the Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6 in determining if a future contract effort can be competitively awarded on a Brand Name Basis. The requirement is for the purchase of the Vela Tango Move Ophthalmology Chair and related products. Vendors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be considered for an award. • The requirement is for 12 Vela Tango Move Ophthalmology Chairs and 12 200mm actuators. • Vendors with a GSA schedule must provide the contract number and expiration date. • Vendors must provide information about their company, including name, address, point of contact, and capabilities statement. • The government encourages all vendors that can meet or exceed the item descriptions to respond to this sources sought notice.
