Budget estimate

$2,000,000 – $5,000,000

The solicitation lists an estimated contract value between $2 million and $5 million, covering all labor, materials, design, and installation. Adding the brand‑name product estimate of $424,900 (weathering agent and flexible barrier system) suggests the total spend could approach the upper end of the range. Therefore a reasonable earnings expectation for a qualified contractor would be roughly $2 M – $5 M, depending on the final scope and change‑order adjustments.
