Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a quote for the supply and installation of a Roland TrueVIS XG-640 Printer/Cutter or Equal to produce Aircraft Nose Art. The Gerber Plotter must meet the specifications in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). The contractor will be responsible for installing the printer and providing a training session to the corrosion control facility personnel on Whiteman AFB. The training session will cover the basic functions, updates to the software, and operating skills required to create, print, and cut gerber for the purpose of applying finished products to aircraft.
• The Gerber Plotter must meet specific technical requirements, including printing and cutting technology, ink and color, color management, and certifications.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed-price quote and a technical capability narrative that describes the products/services to be provided.
• The government will evaluate quotes based on technical acceptability and price.
• The period of performance is 120 days after receipt of order.
• The contractor must comply with health and safety rules and requirements, and obtain base identification and vehicle passes for all contractor personnel who make frequent visits to or perform work on the Department of the Air Force installation.
