Grant Evaluation Services

Richland County is seeking a qualified consultant or firm to provide professional services for the objective and consistent review and scoring of internal grant applications submitted by various agencies. The selected partner will assist with evaluating grant proposals to ensure alignment with the County's strategic priorities, equitable resource allocation, and the optimal use of public funds. The scope of work includes developing and implementing a comprehensive review and scoring process, ensuring objectivity and fairness across all applications, and providing feedback to applicants to improve future submissions. The proposal should include a cover letter, description of relevant experience, proposed approach and methodology, project timeline and budget, names and resumes of key personnel, and at least three references for similar work completed. • The proposal should outline the respondent's approach and methodology for performing the requested services. • The respondent should provide documented experience and proven qualifications in delivering professional services for the objective and consistent review and scoring of internal grant applications. • The proposal should include a detailed project timeline and an itemized budget outlining all anticipated costs, fees, and any optional services. • The respondent should provide a minimum of three references for similar work completed. • The proposal should identify key staff who will perform the work and provide current resumes highlighting their relevant experience and qualifications.
