Description
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for the concrete repair and rehabilitation of existing concrete driveways, vertical concrete walls, concrete elevated slabs, concrete joints, and structural concrete support members at SMU’s Barrier Dam Pump Station facility. The contractor shall start work within five (5) calendar days from receipt of written notice to begin work and complete on-site work within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. The bid is subject to the requirements of CMC 324 – Minority and Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Programs.
• The contractor must provide performance surety in the amount of 100% of the contract value.
• The contractor must comply with the City of Cincinnati Municipal Code Chapter 325, regarding Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO).
• The contractor must submit a report listing all of the contractors and subcontractors for the project, including information as to the dollar amount of the contract or subcontract.
• The contractor must provide proof of insurance, including workers' compensation, general liability, and automobile liability.
